Pointing

Pointing projects are common and can be costly. Degraded pointing at high or low level can cause huge damage to properties and can also prove to make some buildings unsafe to live in. this problem occurs predominantly in older buildings and more often than not at higher level due to element exposure. We offer the most cost effective method for any repointing needs and with minimal disruption to the sie and residents we have experience in full pointing and crack stitch repairs.

Repair projects are a common task for Extreme Access, from leak problems in render, to complete metalwork replacement. render repairs/masonry repairs/ mastic works, Extreme Access undertake a variety of repair works on a daily basis, traditional access methods can prove costly, Extreme Access can access and conduct repairs quickly and with minimal costs with no disruption to site. 

plumbing

Our teams are used more and more for the repairs and replacements of external plumbing, from soil pipes to new waste connections, our team are trained to advise and fit on call. The versatility of rope access means that we can attend and invariably are able to access any problem areas. we work closely with surveyors and property management companies to resolve gutter and external plumbing repairs. With minimum cost and disruption and most importantly are able to access a problem within minutes of arriving on site. 

Roofing

Due to popular demand we now employ a full time specialist roofing personnel. Using Industrial abseiling and traditional methods we are able to carry out a variety of roofing projects, ranging from simple repairs to complete roofing overhauls.
