Forest House

Working along side a local roofing contractor extreme access were tasked with the full repair and refurbishment of a 12 story residential block. The project had to be planned well from the beginning with full waterproofing of all balconies and the removal of old steel balcony barriers to be replaced with a fresh modern stainless steel glazed unit, adding to this further balconies were required from the penthouse levels which utilises abseilors rigging techniques for the cutting and lowering of newly formed balcony sections. 

A great project with a completely fresh new look to what was a slightly dated building. all works utilised industrial abseiling to its fullest.
